Thank you for your interest in reserving the Founders Community Room, a private space located on the 4th floor of the Brewery.
Rich with history, the Founders Room has all of the amenities to make your party, business meeting, or event comfortable and enjoyable. We can tailor your event from a set up of fine dining with crisp white linens to a casual social setting or classic business board room style. The flexibility of the room's many special features will make any event stylish and truly enjoyable.

Menu Planning & Pricing
We will work closely with you to prepare a menu that is both exciting and satisfying. You may choose from the many options we have on our Group Menu tailored to your event. In advance of your event, we will provide a printed version of your menu for you to proof and notify you of any seasonal substitutions that may be necessary. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions so that we may offer alternative dishes or menu items for your guest. We'll also help you select wines, cocktails, non-alcoholic beverage selections that nicely compliment your menu. We can make a special flavored Brew that will compliment your themed event as well.
Menu pricing will be based on your specific selections. All beverage charges are based on consumption, and wines poured are charged at bottle cost versus by the glass ( a 20% savings to you). We can provide Potosi brand 1/4 barrel kegs at $80 each or a single flavored ½ barrel at $150.
Special Request Items, Rental & Incidentals
We are happy to assist you with any special request items or rentals that you may need, including Audio & Visual equipment, floral arrangements, cakes, candies and decorations. Our room is outfitted with standard banquet tables such as round or bar tables. Receptions or events requiring special equipment will be coordinated with a preferred rental company, and the expense passed on to your bill at no additional mark-up.
Incidentals and decorations may be brought to the room, but we do not allow anything to be tacked, stapled, taped, or glued to the walls or furniture. In addition, special occasion desserts may be provided by the guest and will be served by our staff at $1.00 per guest.

Billing Policies & Procedures
Bookings & Holds:
We require a valid credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover) on file for all booked events, but we are able to hold the room (to tentative events) for 72 hours without a card. After that time the room will be released to other inquiries. We will attempt to contact your party to offer first right of refusal should another party request the same date. 18% Gratuity added, subject to 5.5% sales tax.
Event Estimates:
An estimate for your event will be provided prior to your event for your review. It will include an estimated total cost based on your guest count and planned menu, as well as instructions to our service staff and any special requests or rental information. The estimate is non-binding.
